Rather than a rushed five-minute visit, Dr. Gamba normally spends 20 to 35 minutes directly with you on follow-up visits. Your first visit usually includes 30 to 45 minutes so he can listen carefully, understand what is happening, and create an appropriate recovery plan. Any additional therapy time is separate.

Your first visit usually includes 30 to 45 minutes directly with Dr. Gamba. He listens to what is happening, performs his evaluation, explains what he observes, and creates an appropriate recovery plan. Additional therapies depend on what he considers appropriate for your case.

Home visits
Care from Dr. Gamba, at your home
On Mondays and Wednesdays, Dr. Gamba provides home visits from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM instead of receiving patients in the office.
Travel charge per home visit
Add $50 through 10 driving miles from the clinic, or $70 over 10 through 15 miles. Greater distances and times outside regular hours require the doctor's approval.
The regular clinical price remains separate: $162 for one visit or $397 for the four-visit package.

Do you accept health insurance?
For regular visits, we accept cash or card and do not accept medical or health insurance. Car accident and slip-and-fall cases are evaluated separately.

Dr. Juan Gamba, DC (a little history)
Dr. Gamba lived through serious back pain when he was younger, so he knows how exhausting it can be when pain takes over normal life.
That personal experience, and what his family went through with back pain, shaped the way he practices today: with patience, attention, and respect for the person in front of him.
His goal is for you to feel that your time matters. He listens, evaluates, explains calmly, and does his best to make every visit feel worthwhile.

We are moving to Miami Lakes
Starting in November we will no longer see patients in Miami Gardens, but at our new office in Miami Lakes. Appointments through Thursday, October 29 stay at the current office.
